for a plueblan milk snake, u choose the cage to be at 75ish degrees. use a ZooMed 10-20 gallon below-tank heater (if u have a 10 or 20 gallon tank) which will fee like 20 greenbacks and u wont could purchase a thermostat. the ceramic warmth emitters can melt the snakes abdomen if it continues to be on it too lengthy, so dont use those for something.
