2008 Dodge Charger with 5.7L v8, 2008 Dodge Challenger with 3.5L v6, 2011 Charger with 3.6L v6?
They are all the same car platform and so will ride and handle very similarly. The platform was borrowed back in 2005 from the Mercedes e class and offers features that were unheard of by the big three previously. The 5.7L hemi motor is powerful and can use more gas but if you want the power it's worth it. It does offer a system called MDS that makes it more fuel efficient on the highway but also more complex. Maintenance on the 5.7 is MUCH more expensive than the other two. The 3.5L motor is bulletproof and tried and true. I have had two of these 3.5L cars and had no issues with the engines. They are surprisingly powerful even in this big car and plenty to get you around town with. The 3.6L is brand new technology. the dealer claims it's the best overall but I somehow doubt anything brand new has been as tried and true as something they made for years on end. The Challenger is the best looking by far, the charger is mundane in comparison but it gives you 4 doors. These cars are great for the money, usually selling for half their retail price only one year used. They do not hold value at all so try to avoid buying one at retail. The front ends are WEAK and will cost you money down the road but that's really the only downside of these otherwise really nice cars.
