hahaha i have that problem all the time we got one toward our kitchen and it goes off all the time make sure its an up to date detector and sometimes the smoke can cause a smoke spot inside the smoke detector and mess up the system. last years our smoke detector kept going off and we threw it out in the snow!!!
Any extinguishing agents can be harmful to the eyes, chemical or otherwise. Care should be taken to not aim the extinguisher in a matter than would contibute to exposure. Yes if the alarm trips they call you and ask for a special code and if no response they call the cops. What u have to watch for is the equipment you have to pay for can get quite costly. Ask for package deals they offer. And make sureits not for a limited time only for as your rates will hike up after the intro period.
