DO YOU KNOW OF ANY SOLUTIONS OR SPRAYS OR WHATEVER THAT I CAN BUY AT A WALMART OR A STORE NEARBY! I DONT WANT ANY THOUSAND DOLLAR MACHINES OK I JUST NEED SOME SORT OF SOLUTION! HELP!!!!!
If the covers can unzip and come off from the cushions, you could throw them in the wash and wash them as usual The spray that I would recommend would be Wool lite or Resolve for carpet and upholstery
Gently vacuuming leather and suede regularly will prevent a lot of everyday dirt and grime from slowly soiling the surface. Also wiping non-porous leather – which beads water for a short while – with a damp cloth will help to keep it clean. Do not use water on porous leather or suede.
They make carpet AND upholstery cleaner in a spray can. Check at the super market or Walmart. Basically you vacuum the sofa, spray and scrub, let dry and vacuum again.
You don't want to use anything that will leave a residue. That will just cause more dirt to cling to the fabric or vinyl. Try a combination of water and white vinegar in a spray bottle. Get clean cloths and work at the couch with the spray and cloths. May take some elbow grease, but once it is dry, it will look better and the smell will dissipate.
every year or so i take our sofa outside and turn on the power hose with garden feeder sprayer filled with anomina and clothes soap mix and do a job on it...but then it has to be out in the sun for two days and turned over every few hours...but for winter i get a shop vac and a spray bottle filled with anomina a scrub brush..( LIKE like the toilet bowl brush) and a bucket of clean water...take and spray a area the size of a cuschon scrub with the brush dipping into the clean water and washing it and vacume out the water with the shop vac...dosnt hurt to get it wet as long as you put air around it to dry....take and throw a sheet over it for the first day so your friends dont sit and say..hey your couch is wet...
