Question:

clicking front tire?

clicking on acceleration in front tire of Infintiy M45

Answer:

Its a rear drive car so you won't have a CV joint on the front axle to click. You could have a large piece of debris, such as a bolt sticking out of the tire. More than once I have seen objects stuck in tires that were big enough you could hear them when the car moved.
clicking noises usually mean bad CV joint.
Sounds like you may have a cv joint starting to go bad. Also check for a stone stuck in the tread of the tire.
