What, is this smear Trump day? This is just getting absurd. You can't even point to one legitimate instance that demonstrates that Trump was a Democrat back in the 56s/60s/70s. That's who did those things to Black Americans. Thanks God the Democrats stopped that injustice. Nobody wants it back.
In most states, there is a difference between a permit and a motorcycle license or endorsement. In my state, having a Motorcycle Learner's Permit means you can ride your bike during daylight hours only, no passengers, and you must wear a helmet. The permit is only good for a year, and is intended for the new rider to get comfortable enough on his or her bike to be able to pass the Motorcycle Skills Test (or ride test). Once the new rider has passed the MST, the motorcycle endorsement is added to their regular driver's license. Also in my state, one can also take the MSF Basic Rider Course in place of taking the MST, although they must get and hold a permit for at least 30 days before being able to add the endorsement to their license.
