ok recently i went away on a trip and i come back and my mom messes with my computer and my comp started to lag on games it diddnt used to (lag really bad) and not because my internet connection, and avg takes up a lot of cpu so i uninstall it and then i try to go to control panel and i cant, i try like 30 things and finally i redownload avg then install it, it grabs 60 so viruses but doesnt fix my problem. every time i log into my user it says this Windows cannot find 'C:92;WINDOWS92;shell.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. Yo search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search. , it appears on the taskbar as a folder named C:92;WINDOWS92;shell.exe so i click ok and im at desktop. also when i click the picture of my user to get into settings or when i right click the desktop and click properties it says this This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.PLZ HELP!
