I'm a bit confusedIf it takes electrical energy to produce hydrogen for hydrogen fuel cellswhy not store the electrical energy directly into the fuel cell?
Hydrogen fuel cells are an open thermodynamic device. Reagents flow in and waste flows out. Regular batteries are closed systems. They store a charge and give back the charge.
relies upon on what sort of gasoline cellular. some comes from electrolysis of water, some from organic gas, some from coal and a few even from heavy gasoline oil- maximum any hydrocarbon could be used. The benefit over basically burning the hydrocarbon is that simpler skill is captured from a gasoline cellular instead of maximum of it basically being wasted as warmth.
