Confused with this Stouffers family sized meat lasagna directions?

Okay helloso my mom wants me to put this lasagna in the oven before she comes home from workShe took the lasagna out and let it thaw in the kitchen, she threw the box away BUT SHE CUT OUT THE DIRECTIONS And the directions are this ( this is the part i dont understand )Preheat oven to 400FDo not ecveed 400fPull tab from short side of package and remove perforated stripRemove tray from boxRemove aluminum lidReplace lid, bending slightly to elevate from LasagnaPlace tray on a baking sheet on center rack in ovenSo It sais to remove the aluminum lid and then to replace it.But then on the second step it sais to remove the lid for the last 10 minutesI dont get it!!!Should i just keep the lid on or take it off?!thank you :)

Answer:

You remove the aluminum lid and bend it slightly so when you put it back on it will form a slight dome over the lasagnaThat way the lid doesn't stick to the lasagnaBake at 400 for the time on the instructions10 minutes before the time is upremove the aluminum foil lid so the top of the lasagna brownsSo if you are supposed to bake it for 60 minutes, Bake for 50 minutes, remove the lid and bake another 10 minutes
I knit but don't spinI sew but don't weaveAs such, I am required to use whatever is availableI have to hunt down good fabrics in just the right color, or go on a major search to find just the right yarnI'm guessing folks enjoy spinning their own yarn so they get just what they wanted.
Why Spinning? I do it for the fun of it, enjoyable, relaxation, and unique one of a kind yarn that I will not see anywhere alesThere are many fibers available to be spun, wools from sheep, goat, alpaca, bunnies, camel, Fibers from Bamboo, silk, soy, cotton, man made fibers and the list is endlessYou just need to experiment and find what ever fiber you like and perfect for your projectThese yarn can be used for knitting, crochet, weaving or any other project that yarn is neededI have seen beautiful items that were knitted and crochet from hand spun, they are OOAK.
I don't see the point in doing it unless you like the craftI suppose it does pay off if you have a supply of wool, but if you don't own sheep it would be just as expensiveThen you have to wash the fleece and card it and dye it before you even started spinningIt's something my grandmother did and it seemed like a lot of work for the end productBesides I don't like wool to knit with or wearI prefer the easy care synthetics that are softer and not as pricklyIf you are like me then leave the spinning to the back to basics others and buy your yarnThe only reason to spin your own is so you can say I made it from raw wool and that's not reason enough to do the grunt work in my opinion
