ive been on off constipated for 6 months now, im started a high fiber diet yesterday, when should i see results?also does sea salt work?
I do them on a trampolineMake sure tht when you're falling you move urself.
Squeeze all your musclesWhat I do is if I feel like I'm going to go over, I bend my arms and I usually go back downHope this helps :)
That happens to me all the time when I get lazy and relax :) I was told to tighten my core and my friends told me to kind of grip the floorI don't know but it worked for me :p anyway, you can also practice doing handstands against the wall so you can get the feel of it and so that your muscles can remember and become stronger :)
hey, disregard the person above me, on/off constipation usually isn't such a serious matter that you should go to your doctor about, just due to the fact that he/she will just tell you to eat foods with more fiber.drink more water.eat more fruits.get more exercise.blahblahblahI can probably recite what your doctor will say to you, no jokeUnless you're diagnosed with IBS or haven't gone in more than two weeks, they probably won't prescribe anything to youThey might ask you to pick up a laxative or stool softener at mostIf you start a high fiber diet, you should probably see results either instantly or in a couple daysI've been having on off constipation for as long as I can remember (at least 10 years) and recently I've started a high fiber diet tooYou should definitely pick up Fiber One cereal (57% fiber) because that has kept me regular after a year of abusing laxativesI usually have two bowls of that with milk in the morning and I'm guaranteed to be on the toilet within 15 minutes hahaAlso you can try fish oil or cod liver oil, it makes your insides slick so it'll be easier to goPersonally, I saw results the first day, but also make sure to drink lots of water! Best of luck! PS I've never heard anything about sea salt doing wonders for constipation though, sorry.
