constructive criticism?

i was hoping somebody could rate this or tell me anything i need to improve. i dont usually draw things like this and i know its very rough i only spent a few minutes on it every now and then. its not quite finished at the bottom either. any constructive critisism is appreciated i know its not perfect. original photo is kateboy

Answer:

Perfectly legal on a privately maintained road. But talk to the city folks. They may have something to say about it if it impedes emergency vehicle traffic even if it is on a privately maintained road. Just like your home has to meet certain building codes even though it is your privately owned home, so must the roadway that is used for access through the park. Don't accept the it's on private property so we can't do anything about it excuse. Just tell them that they do have something to say if your home doesn't meet code.
Look at each detector and the one with a constant red light lit should be the cause of all alarms. Wave a paper by it to fan out any dust or see if there is a reset button or even twist it to remove.
sorry no way to stop it without disconnecting it. I would search for a 9 volt battery in your home or go for a ride to a 24hr store to get one. Only other option would be ear plugs for tonight. Good luck
