i put a rack of pork ribs in the oven at 5:50I covered them with bbq sauce and put them on a bakeing sheet and covered them with aluminum foilI'm going to take them out around 8:10 meaning they would have been in the oven for 2 hrs 20 mins at 250 degreesdo you think they will be cooked and ready to eat?
Nope! The time is not OK add more time at 250For up the temp to 350 for wrapped ribs Take your ribs out for the last 1/2 hour then add more BBQ and let the sauce roast in the hot oven till you are ready.
