where in australia is copper mined??? please give me as many places as you can and what is a " Ore"
Its not science its geography! Btw copper mine is mined in Mt Isa in Queensland (largest copper producer) and Olympic Dam in South Australia which is mining out one of the largest copper-bearing ores in the world. An ore is a compound wich is usually found in the earth crust , as an ore.
Ore is a mineral that is of sufficient quantity in a particular location that can be mined, processed and sold at a profit. Otherwise, it is just a mineral within the Earth's crust.
