Hello I just recently bought a Ninja 250R from a dealer, and before I had bought the bike the dealer told me it was in excellent condition and has been checked. How ever about 3 weeks later I noticed my tires have cracks all around the sides near the rims. (Both tires) The cracks go all around the tires. Now my dad told me that its fine and I don‘t need to change the tire however I was told that the tire can blow out at any time causing me to crash and possibly die over a stupidity! So my question is, do they need to be changed? Is my dad right? And if they do need to be changed, the motorcycle has a warranty by the dealer and store of 6 months, does this mean I can get the tires changed for free? Because I just bought the bike :( Thanks.
i live in a 1000 square foot house, yes small but I live in WIS. where its cold for 5 months. I own two of these heaters for my main source. Other wise my back up is LP and the heat ducts are in the attic which pours out cool air. Can't go wrong. 1st year I filled the LP tank 5 times. Poor insulated house. Now the last two years I filled the tank twice, leaving the second tank at 75% for the next cold season.
All electric warmers are one hundred% effectual. I want a fan-form, because it distributes warmth. in case you get one with a thermostat, the score would not be counted lots. you would be able to desire to get via with purely some hundred watts, yet a heater with greater ability will warmth quicker, and easily alter its output via beginning and combating. the internet working value ought to be a similar.
Id be surprised if the warranty cover tires, but you CAN ask. Go online and get some new tires. Dry rot can cause failure at anytime. Chances are you will have low tire pressure problems rather than a blow out, BUT WE ARE NOT IN THE BUISNESS OF TAKING CHANCES .
I wouldn't trust cracked tires cause those crams can run from just barely into the tire to were a simple bump can rip the rest of the remaining rubber and you'll have a flat but ur not gonna be ankle to get it changed for free it might cost 25 to 30 and u could possibly get them changed for free by the dealer if u had some kind of warranty
Cracks in tires are never good. Look at the date codes on the tires and see when they were made. Anything over 5 years old is suspect on a motorcycle. Get new tires. They aren't that expensive for your bike. No, warranties never include wear parts or maintenance items. Tires are wear parts and maintenance items. You can certainly talk to your dealer. Maybe he'll throw in free mounting and balancing if you buy the tires from him this time.
