so we have this silo thingy. ya know, like a building that's an octagon. it has 2 floors. it's not too big.i want to create a place me and my friends can hang out. what kind of stuff should i put in there? what kind of things should i buy? should i have a theme? what should it be?i want it to be fun and entertaining. i don't want too many soft things {blankets, chairs with cushions, etc} because of bugs. how can i keep them out by the way?how can i light it since there's no electricity? what things should i put in there to keep us entertained? any GOOD help is appreciated! thanks!!
wat r u gonna make the building?the ligt thing is easy u just need lamps.....and to keep the bugs out use Lysol and fabreeze.... u should buy a couch,a cool table,a mini fridge,carpet,pool table maybe,a tv and thats it...the theme should be calm and relaxing with fun colors
Sounds like a tough decision (no electricity, bugs) maybe just try to pick some colors you would stick around (like cools or warms). For lighting if it is absolute darkness when the door in closed , you could buy some solar lights and bring them inside as soon as you go in so you have some light. and you could also try what usually comes to mind, candles(and you could always make them citronella!). Since you and you friends have to be entertained, if you have a portable gaming system that can last without being plugged in for a while you can bring that, you could also bring board games, and maybe a portable DVD player if you have one. for furniture do whatever suits YOU and ikea has the coolest furniture so why not check you their website. def a theme. I would put in stuff to do. A pool table, dart boards, definately a stereo. Maybe you can do battery lights or keep the door open. sounds cool, wish I had that when I was younger
Well if you don't have electricity i would chose a brighter color for the walls that isn't to dark and find a cool theme by looking online at different websites pbteen has alot of good ideas.
