Question:

Damaged water hydrant?

I damaged water hydrant, according to city it was in hazardous location. Will city make me pay for replacing it?

Answer:

I haven't been on Pottermore since they opened the Beta testing in September, but I'm pretty sure the second book and onwards is still locked for everyone. They promised they would release it in the beginning of 2012, but I'd say we're way past the beginning now. There's nothing you can do - they'll release it when they release it. For now you'll just have to wait.
It's always good to use a torque wrench on lug nuts because then you can be certain that they won't fly off while driving or be too tight to take off next time you need to remove a wheel. In a pinch, though, just tighten really hard and use some good judgement. 85lbs is usually sufficient.
