Question:

Darning in ends so it won't fall out ?

So I'm knitting a scarf and its doubled up meaning I'm knitting with 2 yarns at once instead of oneAnd when I want to change colours, it's difficult and confusing but afterward I have a bunch of ends on the sidesI want to learn how to sew those ends in without it coming out when it gets tossed around, washed maybe, and all that jazz : D thank you very much for anyone that answers.

Answer:

its real.its kindof like the electric chair.
If the electric was turned on and depending on the knife it's self handle wise yes infact why listen to me? go and try
Basically you just use a tapestry needle to weave the ends in wherever you think they'll be least noticeableI usually try to overlap where I weave the ends, so the yarn doubles back on itself, for extra security when washing and wearing, but that does make a bit of a thick spotYou can't see it, and really won't feel it unless you're looking for it usuallyYou can easily google videos which will give you more details, but really it's just something you have to jump in and do however you think is bestIf you're knitting with a chunky yarn, you really don't need to worry about it so long as you keep each color by itself, rather than weaving one color into anotherChunky yarn and patterns are extremely forgiving.
