Question:

DC current detection method

DC current detection method

Answer:

There are many methods to detect DC current, which can be divided into direct detection and indirect detection.Direct detection:Direct current meter is directly connected into the measuring circuit; There are many ways of indirect measurement.Resistance method: small current measurement, can be measured in the loop, access to a small precision resistor Ro, the resistance of the pressure drop with the loop current is proportional to, that is, Vo=I*Ro. The Vo is measured and converted into an electric current by calculation.Copper wire: this method is similar to the resistance method.Diverter: high current, measured by shunt.Holzer sensors, dedicated current measuring instruments, DC and AC can be measured.
Small power DC current is usually measured by a multimeter in series. The circuit can be measured by a DC clamp type or a DC shunt. But the DC shunt must be used in conjunction with the DC ammeter, usually fixed.
A simple test can use ordinary multimeter to test series to the circuit, the switch can be moved to measure the position of current. Industrial and scientific research is done using fixed connected gauges combined with sensors. You can see the model circuit of the current sensor in the snow scene of my space album.
