There are speed BUMPS and speed HUMPS. The difference between the two is the height and distance between the approach side and departure side (front to back distance). Speed bumps are usually 2-6 high and 12 - 36 in width making them more abrupt. Speed humps are less than 4 high about 1 car length in width making them a little easier on passenger comfort when driving across them. Get with the local government and file a complaint. Unless the government put in the speed hump/bump on a government maintained street, it may be illegal. The fire department usually gets involved in our community. Each speed hump/bump lengthens the time it takes for emergency vehicles to respond. Note: speed humps/bumps on private property are not regulated. It the government maintains the street, the government must approve the speed hump/bump.
I just assumed your car was lowered, if your car is stock, and has stock tires, and this is a speed bump on prvate property, the owner may be liable for damages, but you will have to sue them in small claims court, if it was my car, and the speed bump is stupid high, repair the damage, send a letter of demand for payment with the repair bill, and give them two weeks to respond, then take it to small claims court, you will probably win, but you need to prove your case, get a mechanical inspection that proves the car is stock, and take pictures using a measuring ruler or someway to prove the height of the speed bump. this reminds me of some old retired dick I had the misfortune to come across, he locked a gate after I parked, there were no signs, had he asked me not to park, I would have gladly not parked. I came out, and there was this locked gate, the only other way out was through this embankment where he had his prized rose bushes and crap growing I pulled the car up to it, and the bumper just cleared the dirt, which is all I needed, the tires were on blacktop and had tons of traction, so I dropped it into low, and punched it, I shot roght up over and through a bunch of crap with an old dodge front bumper, worked out fine for me.didnt hurt the car none atall.

most definitely, those are too costly for the level of action you'll be seeing. Full face masks are made with rubber and abs plastic, and most air soft guns that are used have around 300-400 fps, so normal goggles would suffice. Don't use that much money, just pay 20 dollars for a full face mask from Air splat
It would depend .if it is private property, then the owners(s) have the right to install. In Philadelphia Pa, the homeowners (not condos) are the owners of the driveways and have the right to install speed bumps. I don t know if there is a limitation on height
