Difference between leg press and squat?

Is there a major difference between the two? Is one more effective than the others? Would it be a bad idea to add 3 sets of dead lifts to my work out if I'm already doing 5 sets of leg press?

leg press is baby crap squats and dead lifts are much more effective in building lower body strength than the leg press is
The leg press targets the quadriceps but also works the Gluteus Maximus, Adductor Magnus, Soleus, Hamstrings and Gastrocnemius. Full Squat although it works the same major muscles it also works the Erector Spinae, Rectus Abdominis and Obliques. Deadlift is specifically a back exercise and targets the Erector Spinae but also works Gluteus Maximus, Adductor Magnus, Quadriceps, Soleus, Hamstrings, Gastrocnemius, Trapezius, Middle, Trapezius, Upper, Levator Scapulae, Rhomboids, Rectus Abdominis and Obliques Drop the leg press and do the deadlifts.
