Which is better overall? I know the cutting edge of transmission is still DSG or dual clutch, but what‘s your say?
Neither in my opinion, I believe in a manual transmission. Until a micro controller can analyze all the road conditions like a human can, a manual transmission is the best. The Direct Shift Gearbox would be second best. In the future I suspect the continuous variable transmission will eventually be the best but it will require the micro controller to analyze total road conditions and the mechanics of the design need to be beefier. But this is my opinion
