I will also need a cheap PH up and PH down I will need mixing ratios What I‘m looking for is a cheap way to make my own nutes because I don‘t want to buy expensive products and this will be a project I understand it‘s better to just buy the products but I want to try this for fun any info would be helpful thanks

Answer:

Cornering mainly. In case you don't understand why differentials are in place on any type of vehicle, here's a quick explanation. As a vehicle travels in a straight path the wheels are traveling at the same surface speed and going the same distance. When you turn, say in a circle for example, imagine that each tire is traveling independently in its own circle. If you are turning to the left, the wheel on the driver side travels in a smaller circle then the one on the passenger side. The wheel on the passenger side is traveling in a bigger circle, but doing it in the same amount of time as the driver side wheel. Therefore, it actually needs to be able to turn faster to accomplish this. This is where the differential comes in. The two wheels can turn at different speeds independent of one another, therefore allowing the wheel to remain in contact with the pavement without slipping on it. If the wheels were locked together, the passenger side wheel wouldn't be able to travel faster, therefore it would simply skid along the pavement causing a loss of control during cornering.
going around corners the outside wheel is travelling faster than the inside wheel,if it was a fixed axle the outside wheel would be to slow and drag, wearing tires and affecting handling
