I've been taking the Ultimate Cleanse (with herbs and fibers) and I actually feel like I've gained weightI've bloated up like crazy!
This is something fast that you can try : Garlic Bread - Chop garlic finely Butter bread and sprinkle a dash of salt pepper on the buttered bread (if you have dried garlic powder you can dash a bit of it too) Cake the finely chopped garlic on top of the buttered slices Put the seasoned bread in to the toaster oven on a regular setting so it doesn't burn Serve by itself or with soup.
Not exactly, but that's not unusual when you first start an increase in fiber content in your dietSoluble fibers absorb liquids, so if you are drinking enough water and the fibers are absorbing it, it could cause some expansion, but not in the rest of your bodyHowever, cleansers do encourage your body to release toxins and stored junk because things are being removed, so it's possible that you're bloating because of a reaction to some toxin(s) that were released into your blood streamEither way, it should reduce or stop within a few days unless it's an allergic reaction to something in the cleanseGood luck and I hope I helped!
I would slice the rolls, drizzle with olive oil, toast under the broiler or grill the breadThen when it is toasted, rub a glove of garlic over the warm breadThe garlic melts into the bread, it is awesomeI used to mix butter and garlic powder - not so much anymore since I learned to make bread with the garlic cloveAfter that if you want to top with grated parmesan cheese - do that and pop back under the broiler for another minute to melt the cheese a bit.
I've used up a lot of old hamburger and hot dog buns doing thisI split them in half, then spread them with butter or margerineNext I sprinkle on garlic powder or granulated garlic along with paprika and parsley flakesI also like to sprinkle on Parmesan cheese with mineThen I place them under the broiler until browned and toastyHope this helps!
First, slice them in half length wise Next, mix 1 tbsp butter 2 pinches of garlic powder 1 pinch of onion powder (per each roll) Then, spread butter onto each roll, sprinkle with parmaesan cheese (this lightly browns giving it a gourmet chef look) Last, place in the broiler for about 2-4 minutes, watching carefully cause when bread starts to cook it burns very quickly!!! bada-bing you have beautifully browned garlic bread which was made by (your now) secret recipe!!
