Do hotels have smoke detectors for cigarette smoke?
I have a 20g. A lot of people also have 18g though. Some even have 22g. Is it already pierced? If it is, then read on If not, you can get a 20g and pierce it 20g too. Yeah, you can wear a 20g in an 18 hole, since an 18 is slightly bigger - BUT you'll have to pay attention to it and make sure the stud doesn't slip into the hole. If it's small enough, it will. So keep that stud out of it, without getting it sucked into your nose. And slowly (or not so slowly, depending on person) your hole will tighten around the thing and you won't have to worry about it getting sucked in. Oh and! Remember to choose the right length of it. Your nose cartilage is thicker than you can see! I'm not sure really why you'd want a micro stud instead of a nose stud, since you can always somewhere find a nose stud that looks on the outside the same as a micro stud. But, it should be fine, as long as it's made out of the right material, and as long as you make sure it's long enough.
