Basically,I got a job through a hiring agency. I was fired and my second boss called the hiring agency and told them that I was always late and missed a lot of days of work. Truthfully, I was late once but I called and let them know. and I called in for 3 sick days in total. Isn't there a law in California, or anywhere in the United States prohibiting employers from telling other employers about my employment status?

Not sure about flammable but the dust is toxic (liver damage) so the fumes might also be if you melt or burn it.
