First clean with really hot water to soften resin. If you want to make your job easy and aren't in a hurry soak it overnight with dishwasher detergant and that hot water. Shake it around in there, then the next day do the next step. If you are in a hurry you can skip this step. Add rubbing alcohol, salt, and rice enough to where you can shake it and get it all over the hole thing. (if you have to plug holes with something if you can't plug them with your fingers. If it's still not clean let it sit a bit then shake it around again. Clean it out with hot water, and it should be good as new.
