i‘ve been looking around and i know about coal and all that stuff, but is there any difference in the formation of petroleum and coal, besides their height in the earth‘s crust?
petroleum is formed by processes similar to those which yielded coal but it is more of sea animals than plants

generals are fantastic tires! they tend to lack the diversity in treads that other tire manufacturers produce but other than that, they are excellent tires for your money.
General Altimas are very good tires. Michellin have very very thin tire walls and so can be dangerous as you have increased risk of blow out. Michellin just ride their name.
