I was arrested and put in a holding cell before being brought to court. The officer took the cuffs off and shoved me inside. As I sat down on these nasty rubber sheets I noticed the smell of urine and on this steel sink toilet this there way a big smear of fecal mater. I told the cop in charge and he told me to deal with it. I started to feel sick and asked to be moved to another cell and he told me that's life. Starting to get mad I started kicking the door not hard because I had no shoes and called him a a hole. He came over and told me to stop. I said I smells like **** in here and punched the door five more times. A few minutess later they wheeled in this black chair with straps and tied me in it for sever hours and would not lit me relivemyselff and eventually wet my pants. Can I sue for mistreatment? What gives police the right to put someone in a dirty cell?
Yes, when I told Hubby about cuddling up in my favourite blanket beside my fire in my backyard every chance I got year round he says that's when he knew I was the gal for him. :)

My son is 5, so no I would not let him pull the alarm. I would be afraid that he would think it was OK to pull the alarm any time he felt like it. Sometimes he gets scared when he sees steam from my cooking on the stove. It could turn into a situation of the boy who called wolf. Also, I think that is too much conversation in a emergency situation. This is not the time to say what if, it's a time for action. If you are interested in teaching fire safety then there are better ways to go about it. A visit to the fire station for starters. Lou's Safety Patrol on Disney has some great lessons. Plus books and guides published by the FD or community. Sometimes there are so many resources but they are not advertised. Call the FD and look into some options.
