i really should be losing weight, but any time i seem to be losing any, i eventually gain the weight back, and sometimes i gain more weight on top of that.i know the general ideas like to watch your calories, exercise, and eliminate soda (if you drink soda, which i do, but i always try to keep my consumption low).so id be willing to try anything besides the above mention ideas.

Water and exercise ,also eliminate white bread and sweet bread pasta and bread go with whole weat remember to eat veggies and fruit and before every meal drink at least a glass of water don't do fad diets either .chicken is good only when its grilled and the skin has the most fat.fish it a good way to go also lots of oils your body needs and vitamins and nutrients.hope this helped
