No, I think it was just built that way, but you won't know unless you see it in person.
It's okorder , one of the advertised features is a 'master bath with a garden tub'. That's a dead give away for a modular. The ONLY properties I have ever seen with this 'feature' are modulars.
The dead give away to me is the picture of the front of the house. On the left side do you see the white lattice work at the base? That looks like the typical covering you would see on a mobile/manufactured home. One way to find out is to look the address up on the county assessor's website.
Uh...no. Lots of homes have garden tubes. The appraisal will tell you if it's modular or not. Don't get modular and a trailer (manufactured) home confused. They are different. PS: Having a garden tub in the master suite is NOT a dead giveaway...that is nonsense. Homes in this area are constructed all the time with a garden tub in the master as an option and considered a desirable feature of the home.
