Do you use pipe dope on brass gas fittings?
Are you the administrator? If not then the administrator needs to be privileged to access windows update. Then you should be able to update. If you are the administrator then try changing the user account control, it can be a problem in some cases.
That would probably be a bad day for the Shield. So would The Rock/Steve Austin/Undertaker vs The Shield. (Still possible, but not likely)
