Question:

Does a 1 inch schedule 40 PVC fitting fit on a plain end 1 inch pvc pipe?

I am buying pvc for a project and I need to know if a 1 inch sch. 40 fitting will fit on a 1 inch non sch. 40 plain end PVC pipe or will I have to buy a sch. 40 pipe

Answer:

In Germany - depends on the colour. Blue is Water related (underground hydrant or valve access), yellow is gas. The numbers (among other things) denote the position of the device with respect to the sign.
Hi :1234/ to get a reply with a list of their new domains!!!
My opinion, along with other that have already responded, is that it is unsafe to carry a series 70 1911 with one in the tube and the hammer all the way back, unless the manual safety is engaged. A series 80 might be more safe, yet I still would not advise the practice, since you are likely to suffer 'Glock Knee Syndrome' when you withdraw your pistol in a stressful situation. It requires absolutely no extra time at all to disengage the manual safety on a 1911 while acquiring your target, with a little practice. Therefore I see no benefit in assuming the additional risk, no matter the series. There are ambidextrous safety's available for Southpaws. Another advantage to engaging the safety is retention. If the pistol is wrestled away from you, the assailant may not be familiar with the safety, giving you time to draw your secondary weapon and engage the villain. I carry one in the chamber, hammer back, and safety engaged in a Fobus retention holster. I carry two spare ten round magazines. I carry the same cast reloads I shoot at the range so that I experience the same proven reliability, and point of impact.
