Question:

Does a high fiber diet cause constant gas?

I’ve recently switched from a fast food/junk food diet to healthier stuffI’ve been eating lowfat with lots of fruits, vegetables, and total cereal in the morning for breakfastI’ve quit drinking soda, and caffeine in generalI feel great, but now I am really gassyI constantly have gas since the switchI’m wondering if this is going to last a long time or if my body will adjustI tried Gas-X but it hasn’t really helped.

Answer:

If the bike is or was sold at walmart , kmart or target its junkThey even tell you right in the manual it comes with the bikes are not meant for off road useThe blackcomb the other guy mentioned is a 46 pound disaster waiting to happen disguised has a mountain bikeThese are not off road mountain bikes , they are for light trail use and pavement That being said has long has you don't plan on any off road ridding and you only paid 25 bucks then you got what you paid for.
The high-end Mongoose bikes are okayI say that because there are bikes much better than themYou should only ever consider the $600 Mongoose bikesEven then, there are much better alternativesThe cheapest bike I can recommend is the 2012 Kink Whip, which costs $400It might seem like much, but you get what you pay for.
lol, unfortunately eating a high fiber diet can make you gassyFiber is hard for our digestive systems to break down, so it can produce a lot of gasBut, don't stop eating fiber just because of that, fiber is great for a healthy dietIt will probably get better after your body gets used to it.
This Site Might Help YouRE: Is a Mongoose bike a good bike? How much does it cost for.? Dual suspensionI just want to know I got it for $25, but I want to know how much it retails for?
