Question:

Does a high fiber diet really promote weight loss?

I am by no means over weight when I started this I was 130 I am now 122 witch is actually in the right bmi range for my heightI started to watch what I was eating or making better choices, exersing.more, drinking 8 8oz glasses of water add lots of fiber to my diet I feel lots better and I have more energy to keep up with my 3 busy children but I did not start addding more fiber until like the 3rd week of doing this and now the pounds are just falling off; those first 3 weeks I had only lost 1.6 poundsso is my body finally just taking to it or is it all the fiber I down everyday????

Answer:

Get a 55 gallon steel drum and submerge it in one corner of the poolHave the top open and several inches above water level and the rim of the pool (you don't want water to splash in)Load it with logs and light them.
try a small solar panel
why don't use the solar water heaterit neen't burn wood and get hot water free.
gas or propane heaterI've seen the ones in the back of trucks or else ones u can rent and they are heated by propane or gas portable water heaters.
diets high in fiber are definitely really good.you eat less and feel just as full which of course aids in weight loss and its just good for your body.good luck on the weight loss and continue to eat healthy and lots of fiber!
