Does anyone know how a rotary printing press is made and how it works?
Just call your local fire department (NOT on 911) and ask them. Some do refill extinguishers, some do not and in fact outsource the refilling of their own extinguishers. They'll tell you what to do.
It is probably up to each employee if he/she wants to wear gloves or not, unless it stipulates in an employee handbook or rulebook. What label says that bleach cannot be mixed with detergent ? That happens every day when people wash their clotheslook carefully at the labels of the cleaning products you are using for that restriction
Employers can require their employees to bring their own safety equipment. A little bleach in the dish detergent is not that dangerous. At worse, you'll have a case of dry hands for a few hours. If you use bleach daily, then you had better bring gloves from home. Many people who wash their dishes in the home use plastic or rubber gloves. (I don't know why they bother, although some people have specially sensitive skin).
