Question:

Does anyone know how much trailer house axles are rated for?

I am going to build a trailer out these. There are three axles all together.

Answer:

i agree with dodge man i think they are rated for ABOUT 10,000#'s but more than likely probably alittle lighter beings they probably don't have 8 lug wheels and they use those wedge things on a half inch stud
There should be a small plate mounted near the towing hitch showing the total weight the chassis and axles (as one unit) can carry. As this plate is a legal requirement in the UK, I should have thought you would find one on any caravan your're pulling to bits.
i own a shop, and that's what my car hauler is made from,i have two under it,and it will haul a full sized Chevy suburban with no problems, and those things are heavy,i think each axle is rated at ten thousand pounds each,i know one thing for sure if you use two of them, you,ll never have any problems from it,i ordered electric brakes for mine, its easy to get it going but real hard to stop it when you have to stop in a hurry, but it will hold what ever you can put on it,good luck with it,hope this helps.
Take a MSF Basic Riders Course, it might help you keep your knees from dragging on the street and your head from being shoved out your ss while trying to. You don't know how to ride a motorbike, don't know how to ride a motorbike on the street and you THINK you're ready to do knee-drags?!?!? What a funny, sad story. The hardest thing to do on a motorbike on the street- is to watch out from ALL the things you have no clue about and live through it.
