1. I'm sure if you googled it, you could find substitutes. Most of the time there are several different herbs that do the same thing. 2. It should be alright to make small changes afterwards, though. 8. I usually try to make the scent and color match, but I don't know if it's necessary or not. 9. I don't think shape or size really matters. 10. I don't really knowthe things you've been asking about definitely sound like wicca though. 11. A grimoire is for other people to read, and a book of shadows is just notes and spells for yourself. I'm not sure about mirror books, though. 12.
