I couldn't find the info you need, but I will suggest that if it's anything like my MagLite it has a ring on the very outside edge that turns counterclockwise to get access to the inside of the bulb assemblyIt secures the lens, and I am not sure if you can get the bulb from thereThe only other thing is to take the light apart enough to get that rusty part out and keep soaking it with WD-40 or some other penetrant until you can unscrew the endDon't be in a hurry, let the penetrant work.
