They're doing both, stealing cash and gas, same as usual but more often since the economy is in such bad shape. Twenty years ago someone stole gas from my tank, I got a locking gas cap to prevent it from happening again back then.

If the government was smart, they'd be trying to find alternative ways for fuel. Now more than ever. Its ridiculous. We supposedly have 200+ years of our own oil off the coast of FL and they can't/wont drill it. I think we need to tap into that asap and in the meantime, get on the ball researching new ways. They talk about ethanol- its nothing but a quick fix. It'll just drive up the cost of food. America's priorities are SOOoooo out of order right now-
