Question:

Does cast iron give a man too much iron in his diet?

Just curious as I use a lot of cast iron to cook in

Answer:

knives - metal can be molded, sharpened problem you can cut yourself easily, especially when washing them
No, you don't get iron in your diet from cooking with it.
Cast iron doesn't have enough iron in it. Try cod liver oil, it's much tastier and you won't break as many teeth.
