Question:

Does green alga or mold form on the interior wall of PVC pipe? I have dug up some 3/4 water lines and saw this?

green material coated all inside. I mentioned this to a licensed plumber, and it said it does not happen. I am sure that he knows plumbing but probably not so much biology!

Answer:

They size and type of extinguisher determines how much fire. There are different ratings, such as 1A, 2A (typically water-based), ABC, 2A10BC, etc. Each A in the label would determine how much ordinary fire you can put out (e.g., 4.5 cubic feet of wooden excelsior, or a 64 sq ft sheet of fire). With 2A you get twice as much suppression. For the B ratings, each B is related to the square footage of liquid or gas fire you can put out (eg., 2.5 sq ft for B, 25 sq ft for 10B, etc). This assumes you know how to aim and sweep the extinguisher output properly.
Is it really a fire alarm? Perhaps it's for chemical agents (air borne or a spill), hence the word agent.
