It is normal! Especially if a guy cums! They've used all their energy pleasing you and hopefully you returned the favour. I'd be a little worried if he wasn't tired coz it prob meant he wasnt enjoying it enough to give it all his energy. So yeah they def do get tired.
I always get tired after sex if I had an orgasm. If I didn't have an orgasm I don't get tired. I also get tired after masturbating.
