Possibly not, as Razor A2's replacement wheels are 98mm, and although Razor parts include 100mm wheels, they are noted NOT to fit scooters with front suspension (which the Razor A2 has, and the Razor A does not). The Hyper Agent Orange is a good wheel for INDOOR INLINE RACING. It would not be suitable for outdoor scooter use - it has little rebound (meaning it would not ride as smooth as other wheels) and is not made to stand up to the abrasion of paved surfaces.
