um...you have been cheated. if you bought this game knowing that it was a hacked game, alright. but if you didnt know, you should report it. as to answer your question, it is a hacked game. there probably isnt a way to get there. i cant even get past Mt. Moon in pokemon chaos black (other hacked game). its probably useless but if you find out anything, please post it.
