does the state of Massachusetts require carbon monoxide detectors in mobile homes?
hey cool! i'm doing the same thing. i have this program i do pilates and yoga and dance for a month, and it works out the abs very well. it's great for toning too. so if you're into exercising vigorously, I would suggest that. ) continue to do them, to keep the tight tummy though. good luck!
