I don't know why I have the feeling that this is an essay that you were asked to write for the essay class in college.
Lol, Egyptians dont use their mobiles for talking ! They use them as a status symbol To give 'misscalls' (just to say hi). to test the latest ringtones, as loud as possible. Lol.
Weeeeell, yeah, we're a bit undertechnological as I've almost never actually seen a cellphone used in Egypt to make videocalls even though the service is available. Most Egyptians don't use their cellphones to browse the web even though most of the people in the west do. Of course, it's caused a considerable a change. A huge change Positive and negative. Positive because you actually get the chance to communicate freely with whoever you want, there are no location restrictions (because it's not connected to any wall or something) and you could call them instantly. Negative because, as you can contact them instantly, you can disrupt their private lives and steal their privacy completely.
Hey Nada, how r u cutie? Actually i think the MISUSE of mobile phones is a worldwide phenomena. People use it to chit chat and spend hours on it daily, we are getting more and more attached to them and now we have reached a stage where we feel lost if we go down without them. Our memories have gone really bad and we cannot remember phone numbers like we used to. We panic if we can't reach the person we are trying to call and parents and spouses are panicky when their loved ones don't call every now and then to reasurre them that they are fine or to let them know where they are. This is strange cos at the time i was in college i would go out around 8 am and be home around 7 or 8 pm and my parents would be fine and not worried at all. But now all this has changed. Kids as young as 7 and 8 yr olds have mobiles in school to call their parents for heaven's sake what is that all about it's like hi mum. guess what i am at school dring the break eating my sandwiches!!!!??? hilarious isn't it !!!! Off course, it is a great invention but it is misused.
