Every time I'm on my period, particularly when I first start it, I get extreme pain accompanied by gasIt feels gross, it is gross and it's embarrassing especially when I'm out in public and get all squirmish due to the pain if I don't let the gas outI have a very vague idea of why this happens, so can someone explain it to me in more detail? But more importantly, what can I do to help/stop this? Any over the counter medicines to try?
