they get dried out. take a alcohol pad and sparkling the rubber part of the wipers to get all airborne dirt and dust off of them. i did that various situations until eventually i have been given the danger to get new ones. you also would have something on the windshield. after I worked at a ingredient keep we took double ott metal wool and wiped clean the windshield. basically moist the windshield down and bypass over it with double ott metal wool gently, you received,t scratch the glass in case you do it gently
best way is to replace them trust me ,same problem
They are dry.They need to be lubed!!!!Thats all.
