Are there regulations or standards for painting curbs at Fire hydrants, Crosswalks and loading zones. This is a Military location.
The very translucent and more expensive French Resin is can yellow from exposure to bright light and sunlight. But most people who buy Fresh Resin know this and plan to keep the doll out of light unless they are playing with it (or they know it will yellow and are Ok with that). Normal (non-French) urethane resin is much less prone to yellowing though a bit of yellowing can still occur over time if exposed to bright light and sunlight.
I would buy a rug or chair mat to place under the seat(s).
