Question:

Fiber diet advicefood experienceeffects.?

Alright here are my questions ^^If u have done a fiber diet before how much weight are you losing? any? how fast?(i know fiber diets have other benefits but i am 16 so i don't need that information) how long should you build up the fiber you eat so you wont receive the bad effects to much at the beginning? (bloating, gas, w/e else) If you experience any of these from eating it to fast any idea how long until it goes away? If something you eat has a lot of fiber in it will you go to the bathroom quickly?(i don't want to eat a high fiber cereal and then need to go to the bathroom at school.)lastlyI am looking for food recommendations and also any nutrition I might be missing out on from changing to a fiber diet.

Answer:

Ok with the F-Diet, or fiber diet you need to find out about how much fiber you are eating per day, and shoot for 4-5g more per day and hold that for a week or two, then add moreAny where from 25-35g a day will workAt your age I would recommend that you only go up to 25g a dayThe effects of fiber can go away quickly, it depends on the personA good source of fiber would be oatmeal, eat it for breakfast every dayGo to the library and rent The F-DietIt will help, I dropped about 25 pounds with it, plus it helps you work out too, otherwise you'll gain the weight again.
Allergic? Or suffering from? First, he needs to be treated every month with Advantage or Frontline or some other prescription from the vet so that he does not attract fleasSecond, if he's an outdoor cat, he needs to become an indoor cat because if this really is an allergy being near the fleas will cause him problemsFinally, if your cat is suffering from fleas you need to treat not just the cat but your entire house or you could get bitten as well.
Get some Advantage flea medicineI think you can get it at the pet store.
Use Advantage or one of those flea protectors on the cat.
Use a montly topical flea prevention, like Revolution or Frontline, to keep the fleas from biting the catDo not get the over the counter flea prevention, like biospot, or zodiacThey don't work, and cats can have reactions to themAlso, never, never use dog products on cats.
